The guarantee is simple.  If we don't complete your paper on time then we'll refund your money.  The deadline for this to apply is 9 a.m. Pacific Standard Time the day following the due date.  We are clear in our goals:  We will complete your paper to you on time - every time.   However, keep in mind that if you change your requirements, and/or don't send in your purchase agreement on time, then you can't claim the paper isn't available at your deadline.  Alterations in paper content after we confirm your order voids this agreement and is explained in detail when we confirm your order (i.e. - the day before your paper is due you call to add 15 pages to your paper and still expect it the next morning with the money back guarantee).  We also suggest that for thesis and dissertation work, if you don't have an emergency and your document isn't due in 5 days we suggest extending the deadline to deliver a superb quality thesis or dissertation.
